Hello community! Finally we prepared release plan for you and ready to share it! We understand your points about reported bugs and suggestions. Most of bugs are fixed in future patches, and to fix it at 29 or not possible, or will take few months, so we offer you check this plan and you will better understand what will happened in future. About suggestions, pretty same situation.
Attention! Updates are mentioned there could be moved for later! It depends on preparing status for release. For now we have dates like we described there.

Patch 31 without Gunner (dungeons list) + New battle arena: Gridirio (most of reported bugs a fixed there), reworked enchant system +15, reworked current pvp arenas and rewards for it, reworked GvG – 27 September or later
